One of the main applications of the arc spraying technique refers to the anticorrosive field as a prevention from the oxidation of metals. To avoid this phenomenon, the strong passivating properties of materials such as zinc, aluminum, bronze or copper are exploited. The passivation of aluminum is the most requested in a saline environment, the components to be protected, after being properly cleaned and sandblasted, are coated with a layer of a few tenths of millimeter of aluminum. At this point it is possible to progress to the spray-painting\/sealing step aimed at plugging the microporosities of the coating and therefore significantly improving its antioxidant properties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In carpentry the most requested coating with arc wire technique is instead the zinc-based one. Zinc guarantees great protection from oxidation in the atmosphere, combined with low execution costs and excellent return in terms of production. Also this coating can be spray-painted\/sealed and, taking special care, very particular aesthetic results can be obtained, such as the antiqued or the burnished effect.

Using this technology it is also possible to combine two wires of different nature thus creating singular coatings made of alloys not available on the market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
