applicare rivestimenti metallici.<\/span><\/p><p>Questa tecnologia sfrutta l\u2019energia cinetica generata dalla combustione di ossigeno e kerosene. Il flusso di gas caldi ad alta pressione, creatosi all\u2019interno di una camera di combustione, viene convogliato verso un ugello convergente\/divergente a velocit\u00e0 supersoniche. La grande energia creatasi in questa fase viene sfruttata per proiettare le particelle di polvere sul materiale da riportare. Le polveri pi\u00f9 pesanti, solitamente costituite da carburi e leganti metallici, si prestano maggiormente ad essere utilizzate con il <strong>processo HVOF<\/strong>.<br \/>Questo \u00e8 dovuto al fatto che le alte velocit\u00e0 e le basse temperature in gioco non provocano n\u00e9 la degradazione termica dei carburi, n\u00e9 la formazione di ossidi, dato che gli stessi non raggiungono la loro temperatura di fusione. Parliamo comunque di un processo <strong>versatile<\/strong> che permette di utilizzare un\u2019<strong>ampia gamma di materiali d\u2019apporto<\/strong> aventi le pi\u00f9 svariate
